Leadership Vitality Cohort
Pursue and understand holistic well-being so that you last as a leader. Get perspective, clarity and traction.

- Cost: Free. Pastors buy a copy of “The Making of a Leader” by Robert Clinton.
Breaking Barriers Cohort
Intentionally pursue church vitality and growth through proven actions and a mobilized volunteer team.
- When: Monthly virtual coaching calls, October to May, and monthly one-on-one calls (virtual or in person)
- Facilitators: Rob Parkman and guests
- Cost: Free. Pastors buy a copy of “The Church Growth Flywheel” by Rich Birch.
The Acts 2 Journey
Take a Spirit-empowered path to discerning God’s direction for your church, with a vision team so the vision is shared and owned.
- When: Four in-person retreats, November to September (Friday nights for pastor and spouse; Saturday three-quarter days with the whole vision team), and follow-up calls
- Facilitators: Bob Jones, Jeremiah Raible and Rob Parkman
- Cost: $150 a retreat, plus lunch for your team at $15 a person, travel, and one copy of “A Spirit-Empowered Church” by Alston Garrison for each vision team member.
