Katarina McCurdy is a graduate of Summit Pacific College and Trinity Western University. She is a registered clinical counsellor who grew up in church and remains deeply involved. Katarina has extensive experience leading workshops that teach and equip people with tools to deal with the stress, anxiety and challenges of operating in uncertain times. Husband Ryan is a pastor in BC and they have personally experienced the challenges the pandemic presents to us all.
ALL leaders, wherever or however they serve Jesus, are invited to this free event. Please pass the word to your friends and colleagues! There will be two, two-hour sessions taking place on March 4th. Session times are 1pm and 7pm. The sessions are identical, so please choose the one that best fits your schedule.
During the workshop Katarina will help us understand the unique stresses we’ve been dealing with, how to identify them, and their impact on our mental, spiritual and emotional health. There will be discussion times during each hour of the workshop and resources to share afterward.
